Subscriptions

Masala Box operates on a rolling weekly subscription. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you pause or cancel. There is no minimum commitment period.

Cancellation & pausing

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for already-delivered boxes.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational circumstances. If a delivery fails to arrive as scheduled, contact us and we will arrange a redelivery or credit.

Food safety

All meals are prepared in accordance with local food safety regulations and halal certification standards. Reheating instructions are provided with every box and should be followed for food safety.

Liability

While we take care to accommodate stated dietary preferences, Masala Box is not liable for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed allergies. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before subscribing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
